Orders & Returns

Sprayer Supplies distributes thousands of products from multiple destinations within the United States. Some products, such as tanks, may switch carriers multiple times during the shipping process. All of our orders are inspected before being shipped to ensure product quality. We recommend customers inspect their products as soon as possible to ensure quality and product integrity. It is the customers responsibility to communicate product defects or shipping errors within 7 days of the product arriving. Any lost or visibly damaged products must be reported to Sprayer Supplies within 7 days. Products with functional defects must be reported to Sprayer Supplies within 30 days.

Shipping

Sprayer Supplies preferred shipping partner is UPS. We may use other carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL Freight Carriers, or Contracted Trucking Companies as needed. Customers have the ability to select an available preferred shipping option during checkout. Orders may take several days to fulfill and ship depending on the products being ordered. We generally ship between 1 - 5 business days, depending on the order.

Free Shipping

Free shipping excludes Sprayers, Booms, Tanks, & products that are required to ship freight.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel an order at any time. Customers may receive a 100% refund if their order is cancelled within 24 hours. Orders cancelled after 24 hours, that have not been shipped, may be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Orders that have been shipped are subject to a 25% restocking fee including shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order and cancellation. If Sprayer Supplies makes a mistake or ships incorrect products, Sprayer Supplies will gladly pay for shipping and fulfillment costs.
