Pumps

Sprayer pumps are the key component of spraying applications, fluid transfer, pressure washing and water or chemical delivery and distribution systems. Sprayer Supplies provides the most widely used pump types from the US’s top leading, reliable and renown brands. Available pump types include electric pumps in 12 volt, 115 volt and 230 volt, belt driven pumps, centrifugal pumps, roller pumps, transfer pumps, diaphragm pumps, piston pumps, PTO driven pumps, hydraulic pumps, injection pumps, water pumps and gas engine pumps. Pumps offered are engineered and manufactured by SHURflo, Pentair Hypro, Banjo, CDS John Blue, ACE Pumps, Delavan and Dura Products. Sprayer pumps are used to create fluid flow and pressure through a system tubing and equipment. Fluid flow rate, or flow capacity, is often measured in gallons per minute GPM, or liters per minute LPM, and can range from a 1.0 GPM up to 400+ GPM depending on the pump type and rated power source. Transfer pumps and centrifugal pumps are often best for high flow capacity work use. Pressure range is often measured in PSI and is related to the pump type, power source, plumbing size and amount of force exerted on the fluid. Pump output pressure can range up to 725 PSI for high powered sprayer pumps ideal for pressure washing applications. Diaphragm pumps are often best for high pressure work use.

When choosing a sprayer pump, select the pump type with the specifications that will match the application and work load requirements. Common considerations for sprayer pumps include: power source, flow rate capacity GPM / LPM, max pressure range, pump rotation, hookup, construction material type for housing, components and overall compatibility with intended spray solution in chemical and type.
